Complaint Notices

Upcoming Adjudication Hearings

Our hearings are generally open to the public. If you would like to attend as an observer, you must contact the Professional Standards Manager at least two weeks before the date. This is so that the necessary provisions can be made for your attendance and so participants can be made aware that there may be third-party observers.

Sometimes it is necessary for hearings to be closed to the public. This is done only when public interest and the need for transparency is outweighed by the need for witnesses to be able to give honest and thorough testimony and/or the sensitivity of evidence. Hearings can only be closed by order of the panel. If a hearing is closed, it will be noted.

Forthcoming Determination Hearing:

  • Complaint number 280923
  • Amna Choudry  Membership number 4176
  • Determination Hearing Date 7th May 2024 at 14.00

Interim Suspensions

Sometimes the allegations made against our Members are so serious that COSRT must act to protect the public while investigations are ongoing. An interim suspension does not indicate that the Member is found guilty by COSRT.  Rather it is a safeguarding measure that we put in place until we are able to complete the complaint process.

Current Interim Suspensions:

Following a Professional Conduct Panel Resolution held on the 13th March , to hear complaint 280923, the Professional Conduct Panel requested that an interim suspension order be imposed on the below member until the completion of the complaint.

  • Amna Choudry Membership number 4176
