Adele Swift

I am an accredited Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist. I work with a wide range of sexual and relationship problems including loss of desire for sex, erectile dysfunction, orgasm problems, pain during sex and many other sexual problems.

I have experience working with clients with ADHD and on the Autism Spectrum.  I  also help older couples dealing with the effects of menopause and ageing and I have an understanding of the pressures of parenthood on a relationship.

I offer the flexibility of offering both in-person sessions at my consulting room in West Berkshire, and on-line, both if  extra flexibility if required.

I use talking therapy to help uncover issues, underlying causes and barriers to change, then have a directive approach with practical solutions to help my clients achieve realistic goals.
