I am a Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist, working with individuals and couples. I am experienced in resolving and working with sex and relationship issues that are causing distress personally or within relationships. My approach is integrative, meaning that I draw on a number of therapy modalities and tools to create a tailored experience for each client. I take an active approach and will work collaboratively with you to help you reach your goals.

I aim to create a compassionate space in which you can be your uncensored-self and express feelings or thoughts that might feel difficult to share in other areas of your life. We may look into your past in order to unpack and organise what has led you to this point, but I am equally focused on what you experience in the present and would like from the future. I am particularly interested in the way that our bodies store emotions and memories and believe that exploring this can help you to understand parts of yourself that feel puzzling or frustrating.

I believe that the answers to whatever you are facing are already within you; my role is to help you discover them.
