Having a fulfilling sexual life is often what we aspire to, but anxiety, physical pain and relationship issues might make it difficult to achieve. I believe everyone has an innate ability to connect to others and to build healthy relationships. As a sex and relationship therapist, my aim is to help you find your inner resources to overcome the challenges you are coming with. Whether you need your relationship to achieve its full potential or to overcome a crisis, we will work together to identify the issues you are struggling with and support you in the areas where you feel change is needed.

I have experience in working with a wide rage of psychosexual presentations with individuals and couples from various backgrounds. Having worked for both private organisations and in the public sector (NHS and other charities) I am experienced in long-term and short-term therapy.
