I am accredited as a therapist and as a supervisor and I work online as this allows me to cover the UK. Consequently I am able to see clients who may live remotely and find it a bit of challenge to find a therapist or supervisor closer to home. I regularly travel to London and have seen clients in person.

Who am I?   I am cis female, and my pronoun is she/her. I am also UK born Sikh.  In the last 40 years I have worked in the Social Services and the NHS, as well as my own private practice. My work focused on complex sexual trauma that impacts developmental growth, especially when it comes to impact of adult intimate relationships, and forming friendships.

My private online practice is growing, and I work with adults experiencing problems in their sexual relationships and provide a non-judgemental sex affirmative space in which clients feel safe; confidentiality and respect is at the heart of my therapy and supervision. I specialise in work with couples with variety of sexual challenges for all partners. I also provide in-depth work in compulsive sexual behaviour.  My work focuses on the erotic template and how client understands what sexual pleasure is for them. Ultimately it is how we cope with stresses and strains of being in relationship and how to create new or better ways of communicating.

I offer weekly 50-minute sessions, providing various treatment options to individuals and couples for cultural groups and work with people across sexual spectrum. I also provide therapy to individuals who wish to explore in-depth work, as well as focused in-depth short term work
