Biography

I have long-term and short-term therapy experience covering a wide range of relationship and psychosexual issues and completed my training at the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, Accredited by Middlesex University in London.

Despite living in the 21st Century, people struggle to talk frankly about their sexual lives and relationships. Although difficulties arising from sex and relationships are much more prevalent than most people think, only a few people can still share their struggles with others. Therefore, psychosexual and Relationship therapy offers a unique and confidential space to have those conversations with me, which means clients can reach out for support in these areas. I aim to create a safe and supportive space to discuss and process anything important to you.

Working integratively, I use different approaches depending on the needs of my clients. I believe that no two people are the same, and everyone responds to difficulties in uniquely different ways. Therefore I carefully and sensitively work with individuals and couples.

Some appointments are held online via Zoom, and I offer a few Saturday sessions at Sidcup, DA14
