Biography

I offer a warm and welcoming space to explore sex and relationship issues. At this time I am working online. This is a place where you can bring your wishes and concerns and have a chance to explore what you need and want. I was originally a workshop leader in community settings and I have been working with people from all different backgrounds for many years and so I hope to be able to give support to whatever issues you are bringing in so that you can open up and feel renewed confidence. I welcome everyone no matter what gender, orientation, size, class, race. ethnicity or ability.

I specialise in helping couples reconnect emotionally and sexually using Emotionally Focussed Therapy, Bridging by Hedy Schleifer and Sex Therapy. I also help individuals build sexual confidence and find partners. I also run workshops on communication and dating. I am an Accredited member of the COSRT media team and regularly promote Sex Therapy in the press and media.
