| Biography | Clients that I have worked with previously have described their sessions with me as supportive and safe. They have found me to be both knowledgeable and professional in my approach. My background and training is in Psychosexual and Integrative counselling. Integrative counselling is a therapeutic model that allows many aspects of humanistic, cognitive and behavioural therapy to aid the client in their process from distress back to emotional wellness. I have created a safe space for for counselling couples with relationship and sexual difficulties and individuals. Due to the current pandemic I am only offering Online or telephone counselling currently. I am an accredited member of COSRT with a private practice and also working for the NHS in a sexual health clinic. |
