I am a certified sex and relationship therapist (PgDip). I’m registered with the College of Sexual Relationships and Therapy (COSRT). I am fully insured globally (except in Canada and the USA). I hold a BSc in Psychology and MSc in Organisational Psychology, earning me Chartered Psychologist status with the British Psychological Society (BPS).

Hello! I am all about creating a safe and welcoming space where you (and your partner) can freely chat about anything related to your sexual or relationship life. Think of psychosexual therapy like a puzzle. You are slowly uncovering each piece and putting them back together in a way that makes sense for you. Alongside my private practice, I also teach at a London-based University. Types of Therapy Used

The biopsychosocial model, person-centred, integrative, psycho-education, use of tools and techniques including mindfulness.

Loss of desire, difficulties with orgasm, vaginismus, painful sex, erection and ejaculation problems, worries about pornography overuse, shame, gender identity issues, affairs, exploration of ethical non-monogamy, kink, fetishes and BDSM practices and menopause
