Biography

I’m a qualified Psychosexual and Relationship Psychotherapist accredited with COSRT and registered with the BACP.

I am pending training as a clinical supervisor from Sept 2024 and will be offering low cost supervision to supervisee’s from Oct 2024 (Please contact me further if you’re interested)

Alongside my private practice, I work as a Psychosexual Therapist at Leicester Sexual Health Services within Midlands Partnership NHS Trust. I am also part of the CICS (Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology) marking team, moderating academic submissions.

Previously I worked in mental health psychiatric units, forensic units and dementia mental health care.

I am intent on breaking barriers around the conversation of pleasure and how there is no one right way to participate, enjoy and engage in giving and receiving pleasure. I believe sexuality to be the essence of self-expression and work towards removing shame and stigma around sex.

I am kink knowledgeable coming from a background in sex work and kink/fetish. I am passionate about demystifying this area, smashing through the taboo and bringing awareness to the niche preferences that many enjoy partaking in for all kinds of pleasure. I am part of the LGBTQIA+ community and pride myself on being all inclusive while creating a safe, non-judgmental space for all.

I am a narcissism aware therapist who works with individuals that have been in relationships with narcissistic partners and are dealing with the aftermath of this. I also work with couples currently experiencing the possibility of these traits being present within one or more partners and how to navigate the dynamic so everyone’s needs are met.

I work pluralistically from a contemporary biopsychosocial framework which incorporates all aspects of self. My goal is to look at a person holistically (as a whole) while tailoring therapy, rejecting the idea of “box fitting” and working collaboratively with my clients to insight confidence and empowerment in their own autonomy.

I work with GSRD clients, all sexual function issues, compulsive sexual behaviours, sexuality/sexual orientation, diversity and intersectionality’s, sexual violence/trauma, shame, couples and multiple partner relationships on issues such as conflict management, communication difficulties, separation, infidelity, ethical non monogamy/polyamory, jealousy/compersion, mismatched desire and more!

I work online and in person (in the Weybridge area of Surrey).

If you would like to know more then please email me to set up a free consultation.

Side Note: I work in private practice from 9am-7pm Monday, Tuesday and Friday (online and in person).

Wednesday and Thursday I am in clinic in Leicester during the day but have availability (online only)- Wed 7pm-9pm and Thurs 6pm-8pm.
