I specialise in relationship counselling and psychosexual therapy. I work with couples and individuals. I welcome you whatever your sexuality or gender identity.

Very often I meet couples where their general relationship is good, but their sex life isn’t. One or both may be experiencing loss of desire, this could develop at certain life stages, or after illness, surgery or trauma. It may be that you are experiencing pain or that sexual function is not as you would wish. This could be a long term issue or may have developed more recently. I am accustomed to accepting referrals from GPs, and am happy to offer therapy alongside other treatments where appropriate.

You may just want a safe, discreet, confidential space to talk about what’s been happening for you, or you may decide that a task centred sex therapy programme is something you want to consider. This would be a series of exercises that you would undertake in your own home which we would then discuss and process each week in our therapy sessions.

Life can seem bleak at times, but it doesn’t have to stay that way. Change is possible. Please contact me and I will take some basic details from you and offer you an initial assessment where we will explore your issues in depth.

My sessions are offered weekly and last for 55 minutes. My fee is £60 per session for couples, individuals, and supervision.
I am currently only offering sessions via Zoom or telephone.
