| Biography | I have over 10 years of experience, training and practising as a Therapist, with a particular interest in sex and relationships. Talking to people has always been a passion of mine; the more experience I gain, the more I am certain of how important it is to be able to speak freely and to feel heard. I work by teaching facts, sharing information and supporting you to implement what you have learned in a way that fits into your life. I will sit with you and explore what the issues are, where there are barriers, why they exist and how you can begin to deconstruct patterns that are no longer useful for you.
