As a Relate trained counsellor and sex therapist with over 17 years of experience, I specialise in helping those with relationship difficulties, intimacy issues and porn and sex addiction. I work online only, providing a secure and non-judgmental space – somewhere that you can feel safe to communicate your feelings and identify problems you are facing.

Deciding to start counselling can be challenging; I aim to make the process as accessible and comfortable as possible. As an experienced counsellor, I can draw upon different psychological approaches to help my clients.

My service is professional, flexible and highly confidential. The first appointment will be assessment-based to allow you to get to know me and see whether I can help you. You will find me non-judgmental, practical, positive and caring. My priority is making a difference for my clients.

Often sexual problems and relationship difficulties are connected, and it is not uncommon for couples to be unhappy with their sexual relationship. Sex and intimacy are sensitive areas for many people, and they often struggle to talk about them. My role includes breaking down communication barriers and encouraging open discussions without embarrassment.

By exploring the issues together, it is possible to understand why these problems have happened to make a plan for moving forward. I have worked with clients presenting with a wide range of sexual issues over many years.

I have relocated out of the Radlett area and now only work online with clients. Online counselling is a convenient way of getting the help you need. The service is discreet and can be accessed anywhere you feel comfortable using a computer, tablet or smartphone. I use Zoom, a fully encrypted, secure platform for online counselling sessions, so you can be confident that what you say will remain completely private.
