I specialise in working with individuals and couples who are experiencing sexual difficulties, which are preventing them from achieving a fulfilling sex life. I provide individually tailored psychotherapeutic treatment for a wide range of presentations including, but not limited to, erectile issues, ejaculation issues, low or loss of desire, vaginismus and/or sexual pain, anxiety or phobia around sex and orgasm difficulties. I understand that sexual difficulties can impact upon your relationship, your self esteem and mental wellbeing and therefore offer a holistic approach within my assessment and treatment approach.

I am a Registered Psychosexual and Relationship therapist and an Accredited Cognitive and Behavioural therapist. I am a highly experienced Mental Health Nurse and am registered with the NMC. I am committed to working with individuals and couples to help them better understand their difficulty, reduce symptoms and progress towards their therapy goals.

I am aware that engaging in therapy can be an unfamiliar and daunting prospect for many, especially when coming to discuss issues as personal as sex. I hope to support you in identifying and expressing your most vulnerable thoughts and feelings, through the provision of a professional, warm and respectful space.
