| Biography | I am pluralistically trained, focusing on a client-led approach, where each client benefits from an individual treatment plan tailored to their specific needs. This allows the use of techniques from various modalities including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and classic psychosexual therapy interventions. My training has integrated various aspects of gender, sexual and relationship diversity (GSRD).
