| Biography | Seeking, being in, or trying to leave different relationships is often some of the most daunting experiences of anyone’s life. I can help you approach relationship anxieties and work through sexual function issues at a pace that works for you.
I am a pluralist psychosexual and relationship therapist, which means I believe that no one therapeutic approach can resolve all client presentations and that different people are likely to want, and benefit from, different interventions in therapy. This approach also provides an opportunity to explore presenting problems from a biological, sociological and psychological perspective, as there is often overlap between these when it comes to sexual function.
Discovering new perspectives and reflecting on your lived experience to date can be a healing and invigorating experience – particularly when it comes to sex and relationships. With this in mind, my approach is holistic; I prioritise developing a therapeutic connection with clients to build trust and a supportive and safe environment for clients to thrive, not just survive.
I am trained to work with clients with various neurodiverse presentations and diverse and marginalised persons. |
