Psychosexual Therapy Qualifications

Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy

Biography

Due to COVID-19, I am currently providing online psychotherapy sessions only.
I believe sexual expression, sexual enjoyment, intimacy and meaningful relationships are integral elements of who we are. On many occasions we don’t talk about our problems and worries because of shame. Sex and Relationship Psychotherapy is a safe non-judgmental space where we explore and work together on those issues affecting your sexuality or your relationships.
I am a fully qualified Psychosexual Therapist; I hold a Diploma in Integrative Psychosexual Therapy (COSRT accredited training course) at The Centre for Psychosexual Health.

Experienced working with clients with different presentations and sex and relationship issues such as trauma, sexual abuse, shame, compulsive/unwanted sexual behaviour, internalised homophobia, issues specific to sexual diversity and sexual orientation (LGBTQI positive), ChemSex, HIV related issues, problems related to sexual arousal and desire, ageing and depression.

Types of Therapy Used

I am an Integrative and Relational Psychotherapist. I use and combine aspects from a range of therapeutic models, including Psychodynamic, Humanistic, CBT and Person Centred with an intuitive, innovative approach and the use of creativity in my therapeutic work.
