When it comes to issues relating to sex and relationships, it can often seem difficult to speak up and ask for help, because these very topics are deeply personal and private to our lives. From my personal and professional experience, I have seen that taking that first step into therapy has been the gateway to getting the advice and support you need to work towards living a full, happy, and healthy life.

As a specialist, I talk about sexual issues with clients all day, so don’t let embarrassment and discomfort stop you from getting the help that you need.

I can assist with a range of sexual function problems and relationship issues, with my calm, empathetic and person-centred approach. I am able to adapt my techniques to suit my clients needs, creating an inclusive and trustworthy space. I practice in a sex-positive and LGBTQIA+ affirmative way, allowing all clients to explore their thoughts, feelings and emotions in a dedicated and open place.

I am a COSRT Registered Sex and Relationship Therapist in the Hertfordshire and Bedfordshire area. I offer in person sessions in a therapy room in Letchworth Garden City, and offer Zoom session nationwide.

I have previous experience working for Sex Therapy Herts and trained with the Contemporary Institute of Clinical Sexology.
