I am a qualified and experienced integrative psychotherapeutic counsellor, specialising in psychosexual and relationship therapy. I believe that everyone can benefit from therapy and I welcome individuals and couples of all cultures, sexualities, and genders. I am committed to creating a culturally sensitive and inclusive environment where all clients feel welcomed and supported.

Entering into therapy is often a big decision that takes courage, especially if you are experiencing issues around intimacy and sexuality. With this in mind, I pay particular attention to creating a confidential and non-judgmental space for our work together. As an integrative therapist, I believe that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy, and I combine different therapeutic modalities and techniques, including practical exercises to be carried out in between sessions, to tailor therapy to your unique needs and individual circumstances.

There are various reasons why you might experience difficulties in your sex life and relationships. In the initial assessment, we will look at your history, the problems you are experiencing, and what you would like to get from therapy. Together, we can create a tentative plan to help you move toward a more fulfilling life.
