Jaap Westerbos

My personal journey has been an ongoing exploration of the human condition and the search to make meaning out of life, no matter how difficulty and challenging this can be. At the core of my search is the unique mystery of each individual and their relationships.
I grew up in the Netherlands where I spent my childhood and went to University. I lived for 5 years in the USA.
From 2007 I have studied and worked in London.
I received my primary training from Thale Bout, one of the first successful personal development trainers in the Netherlands. I published a book in collaboration with him: World Wide We (2004).
From the 90’s onwards I studied Buddhism for three years. I followed trainings in different forms of therapy: Psychosexual, Relationships, Gestalt, Arts, Family Constellations, Systemic, Transpersonal and Relational CBT.
My approach is Integrative. My style is inter-active.
I am co-founder of NAOS Institute, a training institute in Ealing, which trains group facilitators, executive coaches, therapists and supervisors.
