I am an experienced  Relationship and Psychosexual therapist with an MA in Integrative and Transpersonal Psychotherapy. I have worked with a wide range of clients in a variety of organisations, including charities, the NHS and my own private practice.

Relationship and Sex Therapy 

On average, most couples seek help with relationship difficulties after at least 7 years of struggling. Some of these problems could be poor communication, infidelity, managing stress, different parenting styles, financial pressures, violations of boundaries, managing individual and couple expectations, divorce, separation and breaking up. My role would involve helping a couple to improve their communication and express their needs more effectively, see their partner more positively and a create a healthier and more enjoyable relationship.

Some couples, however, may be struggling with a sexual dysfunction; this could be something such as a disorder of sexual desire/interest, arousal, orgasm, and sexual pain.  Sexual difficulties can be a sensitive subject that couples can find challenging to discuss and navigate. My role would involve creating a safe space to discuss intimate material, gathering information, evaluating the situation, and if suitable for this type of therapy, creating a bespoke treatment plan to work on.

Supervision

I supervise therapists, counsellors, and trainees in integrative, transpersonal, relationship & psychosexual therapy.
