We receive very little formal education about relationships and sex, we are not always able to deal with difficulties in our relationships or know how to solve sexual problems. Therapy can help and support you in difficult times, giving you the insight you need and the skills to help resolve relationship and sexual issues.

Attending therapy for the first time is always difficult I am able to make the process as straightforward as possible, everyone can benefit from relationship and sex therapy. My initial training as a nurse gave me the skills to talk to people about difficult subjects and to not shy away from problems. It also helps me make an assessment about, is this a physical problem? or is it a psychological issue? which is very useful when dealing with sexual dysfunctions. Due to my background  I can also make referrals to appropriate medical practitioners, when necessary.
