I’m a senior accredited COSRT member and accredited COSRT supervisor. I have a private practice, offering therapy to couples and individuals who wish to talk about their relationships and to explore any difficulties within them. I work in a relational way integrating different modeIs of therapy for both clients and supervisees. Some of the relationship and sexual difficulties I work with include:-
communication issues, affairs, separation and divorce, anxiety about dating, body confidence issues, substance and pornography use, loss of desire, erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, fear or avoidance of sex and relationships, painful intercourse, difficulties with arousal, impact of sexual abuse and compulsive behaviours. I aim to help clients find a way to achieve what they want from therapy and to identify and change habits and behaviours.
I have also worked in a large national arts organisation and a local authority as a workplace counsellor. I’ve previously worked in a variety of settings including Relate as a couple’s counsellor, psychosexual therapist, trainer and supervisor and as a psychosexual therapist for a sexual health service in the NHS.
