Hello and welcome to my page. If you’ve landed here I’m guessing there’s something going on for you that you’d like to take into talking therapy. I offer free introductory calls up to 15 minutes so that we can say hello and you can sense the energy and feel of the space before starting sessions.

4 years ago I completed my Training on the London Diploma in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy this equipped me with an active tool kit filled with knowledge, theory and ideas that I now use as the foundation for my psychosexual and couples work.
My style is ‘Integrative’ which means that I use a variety of counselling modalities and theories. However I do lean more into the gestalt way of working and can work psychodynamically with client. I enjoy exploring what can be accessed through noticing gentle actions and I’ve used art and creative drawings to progress some work. Please speak to me about this more if it interests you. I like to work in the process creatively and with a humanistic basis with the thought that therapy is an art not a science.

For couples work I use interventions when needed, various frameworks and communication tools. Homework is discussed and can be included if the couple is willing.

I like to study  ’the unsaid’ I value congruence and encourage accountability. I understand that it can be a hard journey getting to understand and know who you are and I’m here to support & explore that with you. This is your journey and I’m here to listen.

Availability fluctuates. I work on Monday and Wednesday daytimes and Monday and Tuesday & Thursday evenings.
I try to hold 2 low cost spaces where the rate is reduced to £70 for the session.

Priority for these spaces are given to clients who are doing longer term work in low cost session spaces.

I give a £10 discount per session for NHS, Teachers and Emergency services Workers.

I am willing to travel for private therapy clients & retreats.

Due to working with clients in the Arts I do not do media work currently for added privacy/conflicts of interest for those clients.
