I am an experienced Psychosexual and Relationship Therapist offering individuals and couples the space and time to explore physical and psychological aspects of sexual functioning together with other complex issues within a relationship, freely and without judgement.
I offer a bespoke therapy tailored to each individual and couple, assisting them to explore areas of concern; communication, intimacy issues, sexual difficulties and other relationship problems. All in a safe, secure and confidential environment.

I have experience working across a broad variety of issues and difficulties that include: relationship difficulties, stress, anxiety and depression, sex and intimacy issues, sexual dysfunction in both men and women, low self esteem, specific age and stage related issues. As well as sexual abuse, addiction, infidelity and childhood trauma.

I have a vast array of tools, techniques and templates for all manner of issues, that have proven to be incredibly beneficial in repairing and healing the lives of those I have worked with.
