Lucy Greig

I am an integrative Counsellor, qualified to Masters level.  I am a big believer in meeting people where they are presently at and holding a judgement free, safe space for them to explore their thoughts and feelings.  To give someone the space to find out what is going on for them, at their own pace, I believe to be very empowering.  I am warm, friendly and empathic and have a real passion for helping people.

I have a real passion for Relationship work, be it with couples or families.  I have a particular interest in people’s intergenerational past/childhood and the subconscious effects this can have on an individual’s life and the relationships they form.
