I feel very privileged to have worked with many facets of relationship and sexual issues, from marriage preparation workshops, co-habiting couples, marriages of up to 40 years duration, and running courses for those who have been recently separated or divorced. I understand that the thought of first approaching a therapist can be quite daunting, but I hope that I can allay any anxieties you may have when you email or phone me. My aim is to form a strong therapeutic alliance where you feel it is safe to discuss your issues in an atmosphere of warmth, respect and empathy.
I offer relationship and individual counselling and psychosexual therapy (currently via Zoom and FaceTime) and supervision, which I conduct from a discreet, dedicated therapy room in Standon with parking immediately outside. I am in easy reach of Hertford, Ware, Stevenage, Harlow, Buntingford and Bishops Stortford.
