I am a specialist relationship and psychosexual therapist working with couples and individuals either face to face or online, offering both short term and long term therapy.  Many of us experience difficulties in our relationships and sex lives at some point during our lives and one may need support in changing a distressing or disappointing situation. Couple therapy offers a space in which to discuss your relationship, in ways that may not be available in other areas of your life. It involves sensitively discussing the issues you bring to therapy  whilst at the same time exploring what lies behind them and what might be making it difficult to move beyond them. Psychosexual work involves addressing sexual, intimacy and body issues for yourself and/or your relationship with a combination of a psychodynamic, systemic and behavioural approaches.
