As a counsellor, I have worked with the issues of sex and sexuality and the impact it has for several years. I have gained the ability to manage the tension that sex and sexuality issues may cause. This has provided the client with the opportunity to explore, in details, ways to successfully manage, process, accept and integrate any change towards sex or sexuality desired. As part of my commitment to support the right of the expression of a healthy and holistic sexual life style, I have qualified as a Psychosexual & Couple Therapist and, together with my Diploma in Humanistic Counselling, I have been able to offer a variety of therapeutic skills to address psychosexual issues to male, female or couples. I have now embarked on a CTFD Training – Couple Therapy for Depression- with the Tavistock Training Centre. This would enable me to offer further support to couple whom also struggle with depression. I hope to complete the training in the middle of 2021.
