As an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor and Integrative Psychosexual Therapist I am passionate about helping people to connect or reconnect to their sexuality – particularly after sexual violence (whether this happened as a child, adolescent or adult). I enjoy working with individuals and couples in exploring their gender and sexual identities, as a member of the LGBTQIA+ community I offer a safe space to explore your sexuality no matter how you identify.

Often times after difficult situations in life, a disconnect can form between our minds and bodies, which can leave us feeling altered in our sexual relationships, through our work together we can explore this disconnect to hopefully shift the blockage and allow you to explore what sex means for you. I work in a non judgemental way and hope to allow you the space to explore what you need to to bring acceptance, freedom and enjoyment to your bodies and relationships.
