Couples counselling has been described as ‘like piloting a helicopter in a hurricane.” Hence the absolute necessity for a specialist therapist who is trained and experienced in the skills required. You wouldn’t risk asking your G.P. to perform open-heart surgery; you’d ask a heart surgeon!

I also work with individuals and/or their partners where pornography, online sexual encounters or use of sex workers is negatively affecting their lives and relationships. It’s important that the couple together with each individual get support.

I’m not a ‘general practitioner!’ I’m an expert relationship counsellor who has worked with couples and individuals for over 25 years. I now provide relationship, sexual issues and sex addiction counselling privately having also worked for Relate until 2021. I work face to face with clients from West Kent and East Sussex and online with clients from further afield.  Over 80% of my cases are couples.
