Nicola Foster

Hi I’m Nicola and  my specialist area is the intersection of sex and relationships. I work with intimacy issues, affairs, shame and processing relationship endings. I am deeply committed to helping couples and individuals heal and repair their relationships. I am a qualified relationship and psychosexual therapist. I specialise in supporting couples and individuals with repairing relationship issues and with problems to do with sex and intimacy. I’ve been working in private practice as a qualified Relationship and Sex Therapist since 2018. Prior this I was an active student in the field of personal development for more than 10 years. Initially, I was a coach specialising in careers. However, my own difficult experiences with relationships that seemed to end very painfully and often unexpectedly, led me to become fascinated by what makes an intimate relationship work. Since then, I’ve made it my career and mission to help people build strong, healthy relationships.

I am a registered member of COSRT. (College of Sexual and Relationship Therapists.)

I’m inspired by other brilliant relationship teachers including Esther Perel, John Welwood, John Gottman, Harville Hendrix and the late David Schnarch. I’m a workshop facilitator in the therapy practice of Family Constellations, having completed a 2 year programme with the Centre for Systemic Constellations (2013-2015) .I continue to practice Mindfulness and Conscious Movement. I’m passionate about learning and I devour new literature and I continually invest in ongoing professional training and personal development.
