Who I am: My name is Regina (Reg) and the first time I saw porn, I took notes. This fascination with sex, intimacy, relationships and the dynamics between them is what led me to change career paths and focus supporting both individuals and relationships with what I believe is at the core of who we are – how we relate with ourselves and others. I endeavour to centre kindness and care in everything I do.

How we might work together: How we might work together will range from creative exercises to a more pragmatic approach depending on your specific challenges. We’ll work together towards the best possible outcome for you. Sessions are a time for you to tap into your needs in a space free of judgement – a space for you to just be. I have trained somatically (tapping into the body’s wisdom), worked with Solution Focused Therapy and also as a Relationship coach. All of these tools are available to you as a client.
