| Biography | I am an accredited psychosexual (sex) psychotherapist and accredited supervisor working with individuals and couples/more than two relationships. I specialise in relationships but also work with most other issues including anxiety (including social and performance anxiety), depression, trauma (including abuse and PTSD), phobias, addictions, sexuality and gender issues. My original training was person-centred and the Rogerian principles of empathic listening and reflection inform my work. My psychodynamic training can help you to understand the links between past and current behaviours in relationships and my use of CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) can help you to see the connection between thoughts, feelings and behaviours and begin to make small changes in order to improve resilience and reach your goals and full potential.
