Biography

I am a trained and qualified Psychosexual therapist and couple counsellor.  I have extensive experience of working with individuals and those in relationships (having been a Relate Therapist for 10 years). I work with individuals, families, and couples. I have worked with clients from the NHS via IAPT contracts for 5 years and previously worked as a mediator. I regularly use Mindfulness as a part of client work.
I am an accredited counsellor with the Professional Standards Authority Having been a CEO for 15+ years I am aware of the impact of stress on relationships.  I work on line and my practice is on the Elizabeth Line 15 mins from Stratford Station with a 3 min walk from the station I am a qualified Supervisor.
