Ruth Hazelton

I’m a COSRT accredited supervisor I am passionate about my work and believe that change is possible and that problems can be overcome. I work from an integrative perspective. I am currently working with clients within the NHS and am only offering supervision to therapist or trainee therapists in my private practice at this time.

In my NHS role I work with couples and individuals going through cancer and onwards to recovery and with those facing terminal illness and the end of life. I was in private practice for 20 years and have experience of working with couples and individuals with relationship and sexual problems, disability and mental illness.

I believe that supervision is respectful process in which supervisor and supervisee work collaboratively to think through issues and understand the dynamics of what is happening in the therapy room. I believe that supervision is a process in which therapists are encouraged to think and learn in a way that suits them. I work from an integrative perspective.

I hold a diploma in Integrative Supervision from The Grove Practice. Please contact me for more details about supervision.
