Biography

I’m a Psychosexual & Relationship therapist who is warm, down to earth and accredited with COSRT. I work integratively with individuals, couples and poly groups. I am also experienced at working with BDSM and fetish. I’m accredited with College of Sex & Relationship Therapist (COSRT) and The Association for the Treatment of People with Sexual Addiction and Compulsivity (ATSAC). My qualifications include a PGDip in Psychosexual and Relationship Therapy, an advanced diploma in couples therapy, a certificate in sex addiction and compulsivity and training in “alternative” sexualities with Pink Therapy. I’m an agony aunt for Sh! Women’s store and have featured in publications including The Times, The Telegraph, The Daily Mail, The Sun and Men’s Health. I’ve also been a guest on LBC and Radio 4’s Women’s Hour.

If you feel you behaviour or fantasies are out of control, you could have a look at http://www.londonsexaddictiontherapy.com. My approach on this site isn’t about branding you an addict and certainly isn’t about demonising consensual behaviour. It’s about getting control of your life and whatever it is you like doing.
Other issues I work with include:

Desire and arousal difficulties
Dyspareunia (pain during intercourse)
Vulvodynia (persistent pain / pain on contact with the vulva)
Vaginismus (when the pelvic muscles spasm to prevent penetration)
Erectile dysfunctions including rapid / premature and delayed / retarded ejaculation
Orgasm problems (including anorgasmia)
Sexual phobias, aversion or fear of sex
Sexual compulsive behaviour and sex addiction
Communication difficulties and arguments
Domestic abuse
Affairs
Jealousy
Sex with a disability
Problems arising from Tourette’s, tics and twitches
Sex with a mental disability
Sex with learning difficulties
Anxiety around forming relationships or commitment issues
Sexual abuse, incest or rape
Managing a relationship that is failing
Sexual orientation concerns
Fears over “troubling” fantasies
Differing libidos / preferences within a relationship
Curiosity over asexuality
Exploring open relationships
Worries concerning kink, BDSM and fetish fantasies / behaviour
Gender dysphoria
Problems as a result of sex working

If you are experiencing a sex or relationship problem that is not on this list, do feel free to call as I may be able to help. If I cannot, I will try and direct you to someone who can.
