| Biography | The mind-body connection is something that I encourage others to explore. As an experienced Gestalt counsellor, I have provided short and long-term therapy to adult survivors of child sexual abuse. This led me to want to further specialise as a Psychosexual Therapist. I run my own private practice as well as my continued work with the NHS. I am also a qualified EMDR Therapist, which is an evidence-based treatment for depression, anxiety and trauma. I work primarily online but provide some limited face-to-face sessions where I am based in Central London. I am a member of the Association for Counselling and Therapy Online (ACTO) which has equipped me with the tools to provide a safe and confidential space for online sessions. |
