Biography

I have entered the profession of therapy from being a teacher and thus the sessions have a psycho-educative approach which I find helps clients to gain confidence in achieving their goals.
My orientation is mostly cognitive-behavioral in stance, whereby we challenge unhelpful thoughts and actions which are hindering success.
I work with individuals and couples and family units, adults and young people.
I have trained with ATSAC and have a particular focus on unhelpful/problematic sexual behaviors.
